Randall and the coffee farm

Rays amazingly talented gardener Randall offered to show me some properties he knew about. Here, there is no real estate industry, no regulation or consistency, no coordination, and no real estate appraisal. Chaos reigns, and anyone can be a realtor, and an owner can ask anything for their property. This farm has 3 hectares (roughly 8 acres) of coffee, a small house in need of mild repair, a decent driveway, electric and phone, and the requisite fruit trees. The owner is asking $100K. Considering what else I have seen in the area, I think this is the "gringo price". This is the front of the house, and the front room. Nice wood - laurel and teak.
